Please explain the purpose of operation:
This authority applies only to reception devices. See the attached exhibit. Transmission will be made from regularly licensed TV stations. The reception devices to be used in the test (specially configured Dell Netbook computers) will include tuners for the reception of ATSC A/53 conventional DTV signals and ATSC A/153 mobile DTV signals but not analog tuners. Dell seeks authority to sell up to 1,000 units in connection with limited market studies to be conducted in 2010.
