Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
LTE equipment testing Integration will include outdoor over the air testing. The operations we will be conducting are limited to verification testing of vendor provided communications equipment. This will include a single access node location with three antennas (as described in the application), and up to 10 user equipment transceivers (more commonly 2-3 will be used). Initially we will verify the data sheet performance of the access node equipment and user equipment conducting benchmark testing within a 1 km radius of the fixed access node location. This will involved measuring data throughput, and latency in different signal environments. We will also use the system and license to make feild strength measurements to be correllated with data throughput performance for further verification of system performance. Other possible uses for the system are verification testing of developmental hardware that integrates our electronics with vendor provided user equipment modems and customer demonstration of system capabilities.
