Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We wish to display and demonstrate a GPR unit at the ASIS 2002 exhibition in Philadelphia September 9-12, 2002. The unit does not meet current FCC regulations regarding UWB devices but will be used to demonstrate capabilities of a system currently being developed to comply with FCC regulations. The system antennas have nominal centre frequencies of 800 MHz, 1.4 GHz and 2.0 GHZ and the average power transmitted by the system is less than 500 microwatts. The units are designed to locate objects at depths up to 6 inches in a floor or wall.
