The purpose of this application is to request an extension for the authorization granted from the FCC (file 0708-EX-ST-2015) for CReSIS (Center for Remote Sensing of Ice Sheets) at the University of Kansas to operate A UAV-mounted radar system between January 1st and April 1st, 2016 for pre-deployment flight tests.
