Applicant is a television microwave and communications equipment rental company which provides video, audio and communications for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. Applicant has certain LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, incumbent utilization of applicable BAS bands makes it necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional channels in the 2.3GHz band.
