Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a television microwave and communications equipment rental company which provides video, audio and communications for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other large special events. Applicant has certain LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose, however, the spectrum demands at large events, along with the the limited LTTS/BAS spectrum, makes it necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional channels in the 1.4GHz and 3200-3550 MHz band. Such is necessary to have sufficient video relay from RF cameras at numerous locations within large venues (such as golf courses, arenas, stadiums, convention centers), and/or highly congested events while allowing normal concurrent ENG use of the BAS spectrum .
