Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Due to the heavy use of spectrum at this event and its location, plus the short term notification of requirements the use of AFTRCC telemetry freq band was required to provide the needed additional spectrum for this sporting event. Applicant has coordinated all spectrum use requested herein with AFTRCC, which coordinates flight test telemetry operations on the subject channels.
