Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To receive permission for our mini TCDL Air to Ground Data Link to transmit. Previous conditional approval was given to use a reduced bandwidth of 14.715 - 15.15 GHz. The equipment in question is unable to be configured to stay below 15.15 GHz. We require a minimum of 14.715 - 15.175 GHz to operate the equipment.
