Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Cloud Operations+Innovation (CO+I) plans to conduct a competitive prototype evaluation of a security solutions. One potential solution is the Rhode & Schwartz Quick Personal Scanner (QPS 201). R&S USA Inc (R&S) which has previously commenced with the FCC Certification process and is awaiting responses from the FCC regarding the process. The CO+I organization believes that R&S has a potentially viable solution to meet its needs; however, will be unable to evaluate the product in a timely manner without an STA. Final authorization/certification of the FCC Certification for the devices is pending. Without the STA, CO+I will be unable to provide test the Rhode & Schwartz Quick Personal Scanner (QPS 201) to determine if it does meet the operational and security needs of our firm.
