Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:

The City of Chicago OEMC has the ability to conduct testing for equipment and is only temporary which all results from a limited priced lease agreement. If the FCC and FirstNet could establish a longer timeline for our STA these agreements could allow for more flexibility.

Please explain the purpose of operation:

The City of Chicago would like to extend their phase of testing to build new case studies based on operational trials, and demonstration to observe and develop real time and real environmental experiments within the large population density, in and out of building coverage, landscape hazards, countless building mass consideration, lake effects, close proximity to other PS Statewide jurisdiction and other environmental characteristic unique to Chicago for LTE equipment .
