Please explain the purpose of operation:

These experiments will evaluate the use of 3.7-4.2 GHz spectrum for 5G waveforms and the impact on satellite receivers. The proposed operations will advance Charters understanding of technology and network potential in the band and will advance the potential deployment of fixed and mobile services.
