Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Working with Radio Communications Service in Crowley, LA, Carlson Wireless would like to attempt to connect multiple failed install locations. We are also working with Spectrum broker and TVWS Database Spectrum Bridge to ensure appropriate channel usage. We had a similar STA application filed and granted, but a test never occured as the hardware delivery was delayed.
