Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The experimental STA is necessary for on orbit demonstration of Care Weather’s custom satellite computing, power, and avionics electronics developed by Care Weather for a limited period of time. This experiment represents an important milestone towards Care Weather’s broader mission to fill critical gaps in U.S. weather remote sensing capabilities by enabling Care Weather to experiment with satellite bus technologies that can be tightly integrated with its future satellite wind-sensing radar to produce the final, compact instrument system.
