test small radar device for commercial application designed to detect aircraft or other obstacles . We were advised by Fortem Technologies (from the FCC and FAA) to test at 15.4-15.7 GHz which is allocated for Aeronautical Radionavigation. The tests will be conducted by Capital Sciences in close coordination with the engineering team at Fortem Technologies, which has operated in the past successfully under similar STA and Experimental Licenses.
