Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Part 101 of the FCC?s rules does not permit two-way MVDDS services unless other spectrum or media is used for the return or upstream path. Thus, CBNL is requesting this STA to permit testing of two-way services from temporary fixed sites to validate wireless P2MP technology and operation in the MVDDS band.
