The purpose of this operation is to test the viability of the newly-authorized use of Channel 37 (608 – 614 MHz) for TV White Space operations, as per FCC-15-99, Paragraphs 193 & 194. The test will demonstrate that the Carlson Wireless TVWS hardware functions properly and performs adequately on that channel.
