Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We need to test our radar against group 1 UAS by the last week of August at the latest. We cannot fly Group1 UAS at the current radar location because it is too close to an airport, so we need to temporarily relocate the radar. We only need the authorization for 1 week.
