Special Temporary Authority application - Explanation

Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Broadcast Sports, Inc. is wireless audio, video, and data production company for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. Broadcast Sports, Inc. has LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, the spectrum demands at sports events, and the limited LTTS/BAS and UHF spectrum for these events makes it necessary to coordinate, temporary additional channels above and below 2 GHz and also in the UHF spectrum for necessary communications. This is needed to have sufficient video relay from RF cameras and communications at various locations at a golf course, race vehicles, or in arenas, while allowing normal ENG use of the BAS spectrum at the same time in a given venue. Broadcast Sports, Inc. has coordinated all spectrum use requested for the following events with AFTRCC, which coordinates flight test telemetry operations on the subject channels. All venues are coordinated with SBE and local FCC representatives.
