Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Broadcast Sports, Inc. provides wireless audio and video for broadcast, satelitte broadcast and cablecast for major sporting and national events. Broadcast Sports, Inc. will be providing transmission equipment for the Super Bowl in New Orleans, Louisiana in February 2013. Broadcast Sports will be using a high bit rate data link with our normal transmission for robotic cameras. The specialized cameras require frequencies in the 3650 -3675 MHz range which is outside the normal BAS/ENG band which makes this STA necessary to meet our event requirements.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of this operation is to provide multple vantage points for video from cameras that have an extend range or point of view. This will be used for the Super Bowl at the Mercedes-Benz Super Dome in New Orleans, Louisiana in February of 2013.
