Broadcast Sports, Inc. is a wireless audio/video provider for broadcast, satellite broadcast, and cablecast for various sporting events. The RF spectrum, at these various sporting and events of national interest, in major cities, is very busy and does not provide enough spectrum needed for all events. Therefore, Broadcast Sports, Inc. must look at other frequency bands in the vicinity of 3601-3618 MHz to fulfill the customer needes.
