Special Temporary Authority application - Explanation

Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Additional video and two-way voice channels are needed in order to facilitate video production at a HSBC Womens Match Play Golf Tournament, to be held at the Hamilton Farms Golf Club in Gladstone, New Jersey during the week of July4 through July 9, 2006. The frequencies available to the applicant via its LTTS license and its Low Power Auxiliary BAS license are insufficient due to the extensive use of BAS and LTTS channels by other licensees during this event at this location.

The use of the UHF channel will be for low power voice channels to permit the applicant to use portable radios to coordinate and conduct two-way video production activities on behalf of broadcast, cable and satellite networks. The purpose of operation is to make use of ITFS video channels on a coordinated basis with licensees within a 70 mile radius of the golf course, and to use some FM voice channels for coordination of video production on channels within an unused television channel within the area of the golf course.
