Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
OET has previously granted BST special temporary authority to utilize certain frequencies at 2.3 and 2.4 GHz for video production purposes at sporting events, conditioned on coordination with the Aeronautical Flight Test Telemetry Coordination Council (AFTRCC). Your office granted an STA for certain events in the 3rd Quarter of 2002, File No. 0236-EX-ST-2002. An additional golf event at Springfield, Illinois on August 29-September 1, 2002 has been added to BST''s list of events. Special Temporary Authority is requested for video production with the same operating parameters as the STA grant reference above. Attached is the AFTRCC Coordination email for this event.
