Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Wireless video transmission channels in support of video production efforts at the United States Grand Prix Formula One Automobile Race at Indianapolis, Indiana are needed due to the extraordinary crowding of licensed Broadcast Auxiliary and Local Television Transmission Service channels. The applicant is a video production company which furnishes video for broadcast and cable networks. Existing licensed facilities are inadequate to provide video from the race cars for broadcast.
