Special Temporary Authority application - Initial values - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Broadcast Sports, Inc. is a video production company, and is a licensee in the Local Television Transmission Service (LTTS). LTTS microwave channels used for video production in the 2 GHz range are shared with Broadcast Auxiliary Service (BAS) licensees. BAS use in the Indianapolis market during the days prior to, and during, the Indianapolis 500 automobile race makes access to LTTS channels for video production impossible. Therefore, additional video channels around 2 GHz are necessary in order to transmit video from RF cameras mounted in or on the racing cars to helicopters, and from there to the production truck outside the racetrack, for satellite uplinking. The video is for broadcast network, satellite network and cable network feeds. The additional channels will permit video from the race vehicles on the track to be provided to the viewing public.
