Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a video production company providing video for broadcast network television of two professional golf events. Frequencies in addition to those available for broadcast auxiliary operation and those available pursuant to Applicants LTTS license are needed to provide video coverage of all portions of the golf competition for broadcast. The channels sought are licensed to Instructional Television Fixed Service licensees, all of whom Applicant has coordinated its operation with in advance of filing this request, within a radius of 75 miles of each site.
