Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Additional video channels are needed to facilitate short-distance video production at the Grand Prix of Denver, to be held at a temporary street circuit (race track) built around the Pepsi Center in downtown Denver, Colorado during the period August 11 through 13, 2006. There are insufficient BAS and LTTS channels available to the applicant, which is an LTTS licensee, for use during this special event, because of the normal use of those video channels for broadcast auxiliary purposes in the Denver, Colorado area.
