Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:

This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of a number of frequencies. The requested frequencies will be used to provide support of media coverage and logistics for the Presidential Inauguration in Washington, DC. The requested dates are to allow for setup and testing, and coverage of the actual events on Inauguration Day and to allow for continued coverage of any events that run into the following day. Broad Comm provides radio-frequency support services to broadcasters and broadcast network entities for coverage of major events including the political conventions in 2020 and previous years as well as previous inaugurations.
