Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of frequencies in the range of 1435 to 1525 and 2360 to 2395 MHz as well as frequencies in the range 3550 to 3700 MHz for use in connection with the Democratic National Convention (DNC) events in Wilmington, DE. AFTRCC coordination has been obtained for frequencies under their jurisdiction. Broad Comm provides radio frequency support services to various entities at major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for numerous previous events.
