Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of frequencies 2365, 2375 and 2395. (AFTRCC coordination has been obtained for use of these frequencies). The purpose of this request is to provide video coverage of the US Open Tennis Tournament and related activities for the period of August 20, 2018 through September 10, 2018 (including setup and take down) . The event will be held at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, Flushing, NY. Broad Comm provides radio frequency support services to various entities at major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for numerous previous events.
