Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary: This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of 9 frequencies for the purpose of providing coverage of the 2017 World Rowing Championships at Nathan Benderson Park Sarasota, FL for the periods of September 23 through October 1, 2017. A review of the existing users of the requested spectrum indicates that no interference should be expected. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for several previous events. The number of frequencies and units requested is minimum to satisfy the needs of this activity
