Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:

The purpose of this is a request to amend a previously granted STA file number 0750-EX-ST-2016 and call sign WK9XBD to add additional frequencies. An attachment provides an explanation for the proposed amendment and the list of additional frequencies being requested. In addition, for completeness all of the previously granted frequencies have been included in this amendment request. The original STA is to provide support of media coverage and logistics for the Republican National Convention that is scheduled to take place at the Quicken Loans Arena Cleveland, OH between July 18 and July 21, 2016. In order to allow for setup and testing plus some use immediately following the convention the STA request covers the period from July 5, 2016 through July 22, 2016.
