(Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of frequencies in TV channel 17 (488.25-493.75 MHz) for the purpose of providing logistics support for the Breeders Cup Horse Race event and related activities from the period of October 22 through November 10, 2012 at Santa Anita, Park Arcadia, CA. Broad Comm provides radio frequency support services to various entities at major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for numerous previous events. Due to the magnitude of this event the use of several units are required.
