Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of a number of UHF frequencies to provide logistical support for the 2016 Miami Open Tennis Tournament between March 21 and April 3, 2016. The number of frequencies and units requested is necessary to allow for the fact that the spectrum is shared with other users therefore not always available and the need to support an event staff of 600 people. Broad Comm provides radio frequency support services to various entities at major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for numerous previous events.
