Grant of the instant request for STA for the 1.3GHz band would serve the public interest by enabling BOVI.Tech to experiment software / hardware integration in a MIMO / MANET environment. The proposed service would enable experimentation with the Domo Tactical Communications BluSDR 30 series radios in a terrestrial exercise.
