The Applicant, though a licensee in the Land Mobile Radio Service, has only site-specific licenses which do not authorize use of land mobile UHF channels in Las Vegas, NV. The applicant wishes to demonstrate and operate FCC-certified mobile and portable radios and a proprietary radio interface at the National Association of Broadcasters Convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center during the period April 7-12, 2019 inclusive.
