FCC Form 405 - Changes Made
Note any changes such as discontinuance of use of a frequency, or of a type of emission or of a transmitter which have been made since the last application covering this station was filed:
By this experimental renewal application, The Boeing Company (?Boeing?) seeks Commission authority to extend the expiration date for its existing experimental authorization from December 31, 2006 to December 31, 2008. Among other things, Boeing continues to operate its authorized aircraft earth stations (''AESs'') under this experimental license to provide service under government contract to U.S. Government aircraft. Indeed, Boeing is in the process of finalizing a contract extension that covers service to the U.S. Government through late 2008. Accordingly, grant of this experimental renewal application would serve the public interest. Boeing will continue to operate within CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international airspace, and will continue to comply with the operating conditions set forth in its existing authorization.
