Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To perform propogation testing in the 902MHz - 928MHz band. This will be performed by placing a 1 Watt transmitter with no modulation to produce a continuous wave signal located at commercial power sub-stations. The transmitter will be on for 3 hours at a sub-station to perform a propogation drive test a that location. Then the transmitter will be moved to a new sub-station lcation to perform a test for 3 more hours. A total of 20 sub-station locations will be tested.
