Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
to perform propogation testing in the 3650MHz - 3675MHz band. This will be performed by placing a 1W transmitter with no carrier to produce a continuous wave signal located at commercial power sub-stations. The transmitter will be on for 3 hours at each of 20 locations to perform the drive test.
