Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of the operation is for Bell to conduct testing of a small model aircraft known as the Micro-UAV with a weight of less than one pound. Flight testing of the Micro-UAV is part of the product development. Testing is planned at Wrangler Field (Bell Helicopter) just south of Graford, Texas. Bell would like to perform testing within the four different bandwidths indicated by the emission designators. In the interest of resolving any potential frequency conflict, Bell is requesting licensing for the operational range from channels 1 through 56; however, only one channel will be used at any given time.
