Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Ball wishes to operate licensed radios as an air-to-ground and ground-to-air datalink to demonstrate an airborne imaging technology. We are using a reliable radio system from an established manufacturer (TrellisWare Technologies) to reduce risk in our development process. This is a two- to three-week event to be completed within the window of 11/03/2016 to 12/23/2016.
