Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As a defense contractor that fabricates radiating antenna systems we periodically have the need to transmit with these systems to demonstrate capabilities. We are currently under contract with the United States Navy, Office of Naval Research to develop a mult-beam phased array antenna for operation of Common Data Link (CDL) waveforms.
