Please explain the purpose of operation:
Company is a govt contractor developing broadcast payloads for use in denied space (overseas) aboard Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). Govt customer has an immediate military requirement to transmit a pre-recorded message to inhabitants of a denied space area via the UAV. Transmisssions need to occur on standard broadcast frequencies (i. e. VHF-Hi band) in order to be received on local broadcast television receivers. Initial testing to be performed in NTSC format.
