This STA is required to perform operational testing of VHF/UHF transmit and receive capabilities for an airborne experimental system under development by BAE SYSTEMS. The system is being developed and demonstrated as part of a contract between BAE SYSTEMS and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
