In order to complete this contract and deliver this equipment to the Air Force, the system must be tested prior to deployment at sea. We are requesting authorzation to transmit and receive signals for a 16 week period commencing January 20, 2003, from and to the equipment and at the frequencies identified below, in order to accomplish these tasks. Four remote transmitting and reception stations will be set up at one of the three locations indicated below. There will also be one reception/transmission central station. The central station will transmit commands to the remote stations, and receive commands and data from the remote stations. The three possible locations for testing are: BAE SYSTEMS, 115 Bay St. Rd., Braintree, MA, Lat./Long. 42 degrees, 11' 41 min N 71 degrees, 01' 40 min W BAE SYSTEMS Open Water Test Site, Quincy MA Lat./Long 42 degrees 13' 95 min N 70 degrees 59' 63 min W Ainslee Manufacturing Lat./Long. 42 degrees 11' 41 min N 71 degrees 01' 42 min W The operating frequencies of the equipment listed in block 8 of this application are as follows: Low frequency Duplex link: 432 MhZ High Frequency one way data link: 1750 MhZ, 1775 MhZ, 1800 MhZ and 1825 MhZ. Output Power of Tranmitters: Low Frequency Duplex link: 43.0 dBm High Frequency one way data link: 47.0dBm Proposed type of emission is: Low Frequency Duplex: Full duplex, point to multi-point, addressable nodes packet radio, filtered MSK modulation; High Frequency one way data link: point to point, BPSK modulation.
