Please explain the purpose of operation:

To support the development of the Coyote UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) for the HAASW (High Altitude Anit-Submarine Warfare) program. The testing at BAE Systems? outdoor range is a critical part of the manufacture and delivery of military systems provided to the Armed Forces in support of Homeland Security as well as war efforts. This STA request is sought to allow BAE Systems to support the development of the Coyote UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) for the HAASW (High Altitude Anit-Submarine Warfare) program.
