This experiment involves the internal research and development (IR&D) of a Tactical Base Station Router (TacBSR) communications system for government and military customers. The TacBSR system is intended to support nationwide Disaster Relief (DR) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) as well as to provide a portable mobile system to support both forward deployed operations and communications capability during a man-made or natural disaster support efforts.
