By the instant application ("Application"), BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. ("BAE Systems") requests that the Commission grant a very limited one day Special Temporary Authority ("STA") no later than Thursday, April 12, 2012, to permit BAE Systems to operate the facilities (the "Facilities") specified in the instant application to conduct a five hour test to support US Army requirements.
