By the instant application ("Application"), BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. ("BAE Systems") requests that the Commission grant special temporary authority ("STA") to permit BAE Systems to operate the facilities (the "Facilities") specified in the instant application. Operation of the requested facilities is anticipated at this time to be required only from 4/27/2013-10/27/2013. Accordingly, issuance of an STA is appropriate pursuant to Commission rules and policies.
