UHF channels used in the UK for operational communications by racing teams are not available for licensing in the United States. An STA is necessary to permit the use of radio equipment to conduct short term operational communications by racing teams during the Motul Petit Le Mans Automobile race at the Michelin Raceway, Road Atlanta, in Braselton, GA during 11-14 November, 2021 (inclusive).
