Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
The operation is to launch a small satellite into low earth orbit. This will be a launch from Wallops in support of the DARPA challenge The payload is provided by the customer, all licensing related to the payload, orbital debris analysis, and FAA licensing is performed separately. This STA application is for the launch vehicle only and does not cover the payload.
